  • Account creation and registration

    In order to make the registration in the congress, you have to create an account in the website, where you will have access to all the information related to the status of your registration. If you already have an account created on the previous editions, you can login with the same username and password. To create an account, you must enter the website and select LOGIN in the upper right corner of the page.

    • Select the option “Create new account” and fill all the fields with your personal data
    • It will be sent to you a confirmation email to validate your account. Please check your inbox, and if you don't receive the email, check the junk or spam boxes
    • Click the link on the email to validate your account
    • Now you can LOGIN using the username and password you have choose

    ATTENTION: Creating an account does not correspond to registration for the congress! To proceed with the registration itself, you must enter your personal area of the website with the LOGIN username e password created, selecting the REGISTATIONS tab.

    Follow the instructions given by the platform. If you leave the process halfway through, before payment, you will receive an email informing you that your registration has been done, however, it will only be complete and validated when the payment is made.

  • Dates and Fees

    You can register by clicking on the link on the home page.

  • Authors Registration

    In order for your paper to be included in the congress program, it is enough for one of the authors to registers and attend. However, if any more authors wish to be present, each one will have to register.

    The submission limit is one abstract per author (as main author).

  • Submit an abstract

    Before submitting an abstract, please read carefully the submission rules. To submit abstracts in this congress, you must have an account in the website - know how to do it on point 1).

    Follow these instructions to submit and abstract:

    • Please LOGIN with the username and password you have chosen
    • Select the tab ABSTRACTS
    • Select the option “Submit new abstract” and fill all the fields

    If you submit an abstract that will be presented by a co-author, you must inform the secretariat team by email, indicating the fill name and email of the person that will present.

    CAREFUL: Although you can name the first author and the co-authors, all the information about the congress and the submitted abstract - like registration, payments, acceptance of the abstract - is only available for you. If you want this information to be available for another author instead of you, please contact the organization.

    The limit is one abstract per author (as main author).
